With the goal of creating a top HVAC residential replacement company in Ventura County. His career in the industry started back in 1977 when he began working for Western Heating. During the 1970's and 1980's Western Heating became one of the largest and most respected new construction HVAC companies in Ventura County. As the demand for new construction dwindled, Mark utilized his experience in the industry to provide service, maintenance and replacement in the existing residential market. From that moment, Pacific Aire, Inc. was born.
Over the next 20 years, Pacific Aire, Inc. would operate from several locations within the City of Ventura. As the service area expanded, Pacific Aire expanded with a growing customer base. The headquarters moved to the City of Camarillo to be centrally located. Today, Pacific Aire, Inc. proudly serves communities within the counties of Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles.
While the business has grown, Pacific Aire's desire to provide outstanding customer service and superior workmanship has never wavered. Our service department, replacement department, office headquarters and it's management team strive every day to create a professional and pleasant customer experience. This has been achieved through continual training for all employees using industry partners, offsite training and internal mentoring.
